Benefits of Investing in Made-to-Measure Curtains
How We Craft Your Custom Curtains Dubai
Standard ready-made curtains come in fixed dimensions, but window layouts across UAE properties rarely fit generic sizes. Luxury apartments feature expansive floor-to-ceiling glass, alongside villas that feature wide sliding patio doors. Many bedrooms also have ceiling bulkheads and AC vents positioned directly above the frame.
With made-to-measure curtains in Dubai, homeowners can have each panel made to suit their room, together with the window size and overall space. These custom curtains in Dubai reach the floor neatly, cover the full window width, and close smoothly in the centre, as well as help reduce light gaps. You can choose the fabric, thermal lining, along with header style or curtain finish. Each panel is then made to suit your room layout and window size.
Our custom curtains Dubai team handles everything directly from initial laser measurements to custom stitching and heavy-duty track mounting, making sure a smooth installation from start to finish.

Thick, layered fabrics in custom blackout curtains in Dubai block sunlight and reduce side glare. This makes bedrooms/lounges more comfortable during bright UAE days.
Light voile fabrics soften strong daylight, create a gentle glow, and provide daytime privacy across bedrooms, along with lounges and living areas.
Smooth S-shaped folds hang from slim ceiling tracks, giving floor-to-ceiling glass walls a clean, as well as modern and elegant appearance.
Gathered fabric at the top creates a full drape combined with a neat shape that moves smoothly across ceiling tracks and decorative poles.
Strong metal rings fit directly onto curtain rods, creating a wide drape together with soft folds that open and close smoothly with
ease.

What Determines Your Custom Curtain Pricing?
Because every curtain is customized to your exact specifications, there is no fixed curtain price in Dubai.
These 6 main factors determine the custom curtain costs:
Window Dimensions
The window width and drop height affect how much fabric is needed.
Fabric
Basic polyester blends commonly cost less than premium velvet and silk fabrics.
Lining
Unlined curtains cost less. Thermal/blackout lining adds to the overall cost.
Heading Style
Wave or pinch pleat curtains need more fabric for their folds than simple eyelet styles.
Hardware Type
The price varies based on manual tracks, double-track systems, or motorized options.
Number of Windows
Fitting one bedroom costs less than covering windows throughout an entire property.

| FABRIC | GOOD FOR | LIGHT CONTROL | WHAT TO KNOW IN DUBAI |
|---|---|---|---|
| Linen & linen blends | Family lounges, majlis | Gentle light filtering. Add lining to darken | Airy, natural feel. Linen blends hold shape much better than pure linen. |
| Cotton | Guest bedrooms, kids' spaces | Medium light blockage | Highly practical. A protective thermal lining prevents sun fading on glass facing windows. |
| Velvet | Formal reception rooms, master suites | High light control | Heavy fabric providing sound and thermal insulation. Requires occasional light vacuuming. |
| Silk & faux silk | Formal dining areas, suites | Moderate; always paired with lining | Genuine silk degrades in direct sunlight. Faux silk offers identical shine with higher heat resistance. |
| Polyester blends | Rental apartments, offices, living areas | Varies by weave density | Extremely durable, fade-resistant, and very easy to maintain in dusty environments. |
| Sheer voile | Layered behind main curtains | Low; provides daytime privacy | Softens harsh glare without blocking natural daylight. |
| Blackout-lined or coated | Bedrooms, nurseries, home theaters | Complete light blockage | Blocks sun rays and cuts AC heat transfer through window glass. |
